Enigma is above all a restaurant with seasonal products, beyond the four seasons. Our menu is created month by month following the seasonal cycle of the products that we find in the markets, to which we apply all the technical knowledge we have but always at the service of the product itself.
We change our menu according to this cycle of products, leaving some elaborations that remain all year, the rest are being incorporated or withdrawn, so that when you return you can try new and different recipes.
If you have allergies, intolerances or food restrictions, please notify us when making the reservation and we can adapt our proposal to your needs.
As of March 6, Enigma will no longer have a la carte option and will have a tasting menu of about 25 passes at a price of €220 without drinks (VAT included).

SPANISH TOUR IN 7 WINES
Spain, with 972,000 hectares, is the country with the largest number of vineyards in the world. Its ampelographic richness is capital and there are more than 200 local grape varieties. The diversity of climates, soils and cultural practices offer a wide palette of wine styles. Such plurality is divided into seven territories, each of which is represented in the following selection.

A million bubbles coexist in a glass of sparkling wine. These wines are exceptional companions to avant-garde cuisine.
