Enigma is the only Albert Adrià restaurant in Spain, with an offer inspired by seasonal products and all the knowledge and experience that the chef has acquired in his more than 35 years of professional career.

The result is a varied and changing menu with around 25 preparations.

Enigma is above all a seasonal restaurant, beyond the four seasons.
Our menu is created month by month following the seasonal cycle of the products that we find in the markets, to which we apply all the technical knowledge we have but always at the service of the product itself. We seek not only the quality of the product but also the quality of the ideas.

It is necessary to reserve in advance, since the capacity is limited.

If you have any food restrictions, it is best to tell us about your requests at the time of making the reservation or when we contact you.

We will adapt as much as possible to your needs. In case of being part of a large table, consult with your companions and notify us at least 24 hours in advance to prepare your alternatives.

Due to the characteristics of our menu, we can’t accept reservations of people that don’t eat products from the sea.
We cannot accommodate reservations for vegetarians or vegans.

The time is very variable depending on the intensity with which you want to live the experience, but calculate between 2.5h and 3.5h.
However, if you have less time, let us know in advance and we will adapt.

As a general rule, reservations with children under 14 years of age are not accepted, Enigma’s atmosphere takes place in an adult environment with a playful and gastronomic approach. Take into account the duration of the menu mentioned in the previous section.
However, we understand that there are minors with experience in gastronomic restaurants, if so, consult us beforehand.

We do not have a bar area so you can wait.

The price of the Enigma tasting menu is €240 without drinks. 
We have a wine and drinks menu so you can choose to your liking and we also have two selections of wines and sparkling wines to accompany your menu.

It is not allowed to come with shorts, tank tops or flip-flops.

At the moment we do not have valet parking.

The closest car park is Monterrey, accessible from Avenida Mistral 36.
