Reservations

If you have allergies or strong intolerances, it is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY that you speak to us before making your reservation to determine if we can accept your booking.

– Due to the characteristics of our menu, we do not accept diners who do not eat meat. 
– We do not have pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan menus.

As a general rule, reservations with children under 14 years of age are not accepted, Enigma’s atmosphere takes place in an adult environment with a playful and gastronomic approach. However, we understand that there are minors with experience in gastronomic restaurants, if so, consult us beforehand.

a.- Cancellation or modification of the reservation must be communicated to the restaurant at least 72 hours before the date of the reservation.

b.- If the cancellation occurs within less than 72 hours, a penalty of 280 euros per person will be charged.

c.- If the modification of the number of guests occurs within less than 72 hours, a penalty of 280 euros will be charged for each guest who does not attend.

d.- The restaurant reserves the right to accept or reject the modification based on table availability at the time of the request.

If the modification implies a reduction in guests (e.g., from 3 to 2), the change will only proceed if there is table availability for the new number of people.

If suitable tables are not available, the client must maintain the original number of guests, paying the corresponding amount, or opt to change the reservation date if availability permits.

If none of these options are possible and the reservation must be canceled due to lack of availability, no charge will apply as long as the modification request was made at least 72 hours in advance.

To proceed with a cancellation or modification, you must inform ENIGMA as soon as possible, on business days, either by email or by phone, indicating the reservation you wish to cancel.

Once the reservation is made through the web engine, you will receive an email confirming its validity with all relevant information.

If you wish to change the reservation date or the number of guests, your request will be accommodated provided it is made with a minimum advance notice from the scheduled time and if there are available spots.

Please note that a few days before the reserved date and time, you will receive an email and an SMS where you must reconfirm or cancel the reservation through the links provided for this purpose.

Once you have reconfirmed the reservation via email or SMS, your reservation will be fully confirmed. If you prefer, you may complete the confirmation by calling the restaurant’s phone before the reservation date.

In case the guests do not show up, there is no notice from you, or the reservation is not canceled with adequate advance notice from the reserved time, the corresponding amount per person will be charged if the reservation is associated with a cancellation policy.

Therefore, at the time of booking, and to guarantee it, credit card details will be requested.

If you wish to book for 1 person, you must join our waiting list as it is not possible to book through the booking engine.

It is not allowed to come to Enigma wearing shorts, tank tops or beach flip-flops.

Reservations for tables of 5 people or more require a prepayment of €140 per diner at the time of booking.

-This prepayment must be made exclusively through our reservation platform; cash payments, bank transfers, Bizum, or other methods are not accepted.

-The prepaid amount of €140 per person will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your visit.

-If you have booked a table for 4 diners and wish to add one or more diners within 72 hours before, you must provide the prepayment of €140 per person.

In case of cancellation or modification of the number of diners, if made more than 72 hours in advance, the amount of €140 per person will be refunded. This refund will be made ONLY to the same card used for the original reservation, with no possibility of transfer or other means. (The refund takes 3 to 5 business days to process)

Cancellations or modifications of the number of diners made less than 72 hours in advance will not be eligible for refund. *Please read the cancellation policy section.
